Customer Evidence & Case Studies
We believe that customer evidence is best presented by the people who have actual involvement in the product, service or process on a day-to-day basis. Our approach to video case studies is somewhat unique. We favor stories, told in the first person, directly to camera: the audience. Our directors engage in conversation with interview subjects, and make sure everyone is comfortable and confident on camera . We favor keen attention to visual composition when gathering our stories. Above all, we want to reach the audience on an emotional level first, not with statistical data. If we can make the viewer believe the story in their gut, they will find all information they need on their own to support that belief.
